Just noticed "citizen" is a new creature type in AFR

@storycircle The fact that Icatian Crier makes 'Citizen' tokens also suggests that, to my mind.
It looks like most old cards that said "Summon Townsfolk" have been oracled to either be "Human Wizard" or just "Human." As far as I can tell the only cards that seem to actually have the type "Townsfolk," from a rules perspective, are silver border.
